Brut champagne tradition cuvée pinot noir
Our bottle of Champagne Claude PERRARD Brut Tradition is created from a blend of the three main vines of Champagne.
Indeed, the blends are made to improve the quality of our wines.
It therefore contains 70% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay.
This cuvée offers an interesting balance to surprise you.
Also, all of our champagnes observe superior aging.
You will be seduced by its maturity, liveliness and lightness.
We can thus contemplate its slightly amber color.
Its nose is powerful. It then reveals its aromas of dried fruits, white flowers with hints of dried apricot.
Finally, in the mouth it gives us a crispy sensation with aromas of candied lemon.
Claude PERRARD brut tradition cuvee pinot noir champagne is perfect as an aperitif. We will serve it with cheese gougères. We can also offer it with a ham puff pastry as a starter.
Also, it will sublimate a poultry and a fillet of beef in sauce for the main course. But it could also be suitable for dishes
light as with white meats and pike quenelles. It will also accompany your cheese board as an extra fruity Comté ripened 24 months and a fruit-based dessert.
Finally, we recommend the ideal temperature of 8 ° C to fully appreciate its potential.
We offer this vintage in 750ml bottle, 375ml half-bottle, 1500ml magnum, 3000ml jeroboam and 6000ml mathusalem.
