Claude PERRARD Champagne Brut Tradition is composed of a blend of 3 grape varieties.
It contains 69% Pinot Noir, 16% Pinot Meunier and 15% Chardonnay.
These cuvées were selected and assembled to create an interesting balance in taste.
You will be amazed by its maturity, it strength and its lightness at the same time.
We chose a slightly amber "dress" for its style.
Claude PERRARD Champagne Brut Tradition reveals aromas of dried fruit, citrus, notes of dried apricot and quince.
Our Brut Tradition is perfect as an aperitif to cheese gougeres. It can also be served as a starter with a ham pastry.
This champagne can wonderfully accompany a chicken or beef tenderloin in sauce.
