A harvest from our land
It is in Aube near Troyes and Colombey-les-deux-Eglises, around the village of Rouvres-les-vignes that our vines are located where we harvest the grapes by hand to make our champagne.
The management of the agro-system and its biodiversity is a very important value for us. We question our practices in order to combine traditions and current knowledge.
We have several plots which are cultivated with the Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grape varieties.
The idea is to design cuvées that have authenticity instead of standardized commercial products.
