Champagne vineyard training

Training is an important point in every field of activity.

The EARL CHAMPAGNE Claude PERRARD in Rouvres-les-Vignes is engaged in an educational process aimed at discovering the different wine-making professions as well as in a project to support professional training in Aube and Haute-Marne.

Indeed we recently received a class from the Family and Rural House of Buxières-les-Villiers (52)

The aim is to introduce people to our profession and provide as much information as possible.

We explained the different work in the vineyard and in the cellar. The interest of these young people for the profession was well felt and we were able to answer their questions.

It was also important to address all the activities of the sector. We also talked about the professions of our partners to broaden their field of vision.

These days are organized to give the keys to the orientation of these young people.

We have been working in collaboration with the CFPPA of L'aube and the Antenne Viticole de Bar-Sur-Seine for adult training since our installation on the family farm three years ago. (particularly on learning Champagne pruning and straddle driving).

I take a chance to congratulate our two young people for training this year, which was very well welcomed by participants.

They have undoubtedly made a big step towards professional life. I have no doubts today about their ability to succeed in our profession. He proved it to us throughout this adventure.

Training the young professionals of tomorrow is essential to ensure quality production and therefore the sustainability of our operations.

It also brings wealth and know-how to our territory while directly and actively contributing to employment.

Today we are delighted to be able to share these privileged experiences.

Above all, it brings us a lot on a human level.
