Sustainable viticulture

Our aim is to keep the optimal balance between the soil and the plants in order to maintain the agricultural system and its biodiversity.

That is why we constantly question our methods to reconcile tradition and current knowledge with environmental regulations.

Our philosophy is based on four principles:

  • The conservation of biodiversity and the improvement of our terroirs and landscapes;
  • Phytosanitary strategy with its alternative prevention methods and their traceability;
  • Thinking about fertilizer management and its traceability;
  • Responsible handling of water, wastewater, by-products and waste.

We use mechanical weed control instead of synthetic products, improving the rooting and resistance to drought.
